Green Smoothies - at least twice a day

This morning was a bit of a hassle to get up - due to the crap I ate last night. SO pulled out some heavy vit C stuff - the parsley!

Morning Wake Up Green

1 bunch parsley
1 pear
1 banana
1 large slice of honeydew melon
1 cup of water

the sweetness of the melon and pear took the ummm parsleyness taste away.

We had a birthday party to go to - and was delighted to see fresh carrots, tomato and celery being placed in front of me.. hummmm. The kids went mad on lollies - so thank goodness we went to Wet and Wild afterwards to run some of that steam off.

I had two coffees there and snuck some of the kids hot chips.

Got home and made another huge green smoothie - chinese greens, two bananas and water.

Later tonight I had 2 handfuls of cashews and a small bowl of cut up tomato and basil leaves.
