Morgan helped me make dinner today and decorated and chose what should be in it - so this is dedicated to him..
corn cobs cut in half place around plate
toss together
3 handfuls of baby spinach
several leaves of cos lettuce
slivers of 1 carrot
3 handfuls of cashews
8 baby tomatos cut in half
1 red tomato cut into slivers
6 green beans snapped in half
6 pea pods topped and tailed
Another picking salad to share with the family.
