Spicy Tomato Salad

I overdosed on tomatoes a while back - just eating huge bowl fulls of them. This is my first venture back into just eating a tomato salad.

Tomato is a good source of calcium and iron. It also contains some amounts of phosphorus, sulfur and potassium is rich in vitamin C and contains some vitamin B and vitamin A. The vitamin C content increases as the vegetable ripens and obviously this is the best way to have it - ORGANIC if possible.

Don Tolman maintains that every whole food has a pattern that resembles a body organ or physiological function and that this pattern acts as a signal or sign as to the benefit the food provides the eater. He sees that a tomato has four chambers and is red - like the heart. All of the research shows tomatoes are indeed pure heart and blood food.

Yum - enjoyed this alot - might be doing a few more tomato salads now...
