We have been terribly slack with our raw foods and diet. Slowly, insidiously the bad habits slide back, take a grip and before you realise, you are back to the SAD foods ( Standard Australian Diet), which to be honest - makes you sad, makes you depressed and doesn't support health or well being.
A huge kick in the pants last week has forced us to get the blender, dehydrator and out 'non cook" books out and revisit this eating style again.
Its not just now for health - but for survival ( if we want to get all melodramatic about it).
So as an extra incentive, I am starting my blog again. I got very slack with variety last time; so am aiming for lots more recipes and interesting combinations.
