There is now very little excuse now to be eating badly... After a pretty sensible Christmas all things considered ( very little alcohol, a fair amount of chocolate.. he humm....) its now back to transitioning back to raw.
During our break I've done some juices and we have been using the little smoothie bullet alot ( LOVE IT).
So back to it.... now.. whats up tonight?
Layered salad with avocado, a chilled carrot soup, followed by beetroot, pineapple and apple juice and a strawberry mousse cake.
Good blood cleansing stuff!
