Still getting in there - so that's why I called this salad that... Get in There Salad
Field mushrooms
Red Grapefruit cut into tiny pieces
2 handfuls of spinach
1 cob corn pieces cut off
1 carrot cut into slivers
6 ( or so) green beans snapped in half
Its more of a picking salad, the sweetness of the corn is contrast with the red grapefruit.
