breakfast goodies

thought I'd share a photo of what breaky looks like at the moment for me. Add a cup of freshly ground coffee and a glass of water - and this is my picking plate for the next few hours ( if I am at home and writing)

I love my home drier and nothing goes to waste - have made fruit straps out of the plums no-one was eating and basically cut up and dry everything else.

Might have to buy a case of ripe bananas though - the kids love the dried bananas I make - they never manage to get packed away..
